Effective November 1, 2008 all new clients must have a credit card on file. We will no longer bill new clients directly. Current Active Clients enrolled under the $190/hour billed rate prior to 11/1/08 will continue to be billed at that rate as long as they remain active with Provo & Associates. We define active clients as those having paid consultations within the past two calendar years. Current Active Clients may also elect at any time to have a credit card on file which will allow them the discounted hourly rate of $180/hour. Inactive clients will need to re-register with us and follow the policies of a new client.
