Report Reading
If you have reports, evaluations or tests for Diane to review please make arrangements with Julie DeRuvo to schedule time prior to the meeting or appointment for her to be able to do so. Diane's time is generally planned and booked completely for two to three weeks at a time. If time is not dedicated in advance she will have to use the first part of the appointment time to review documents which are greater than five pages. As a guide, for five to twenty pages please book 15 minutes, for twenty to forty pages please book 30 minutes, forty to sixty please book 45 minutes. Initial Appointment / Consultation
The first appointment with Diane is for the parent(s) only so you can openly discuss your concerns and questions with her. Beyond that, Diane will make recommendations for future appointments.
Cancellations / Missed Appointments
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel Office or Phone appointments. For off-site consultations (i.e.: Oberservations, Home Visits, School Meetings, etc...) we require a 72 hour cancellation notice. In the event, that you fail to notify us in the appropriate amount of time, the full fee for the scheduled appointment will be billed to your credit card. Please call 415.464.9040 or email [email protected] to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. If you are a registered client of Full Slate you can take care of this online through your account profile.

Declined Credit Cards

If your credit card is declined for any reason at the time we attempt to process payment we will notify you via email. In order to maintain the credit card discount you will have two days (48 hours) to provide us with a current valid card. If we do not receive a valid credit card within the 48 hours, we will still need a card but the charges will increase to $290 an hour.
